Register early so you don’t lose your chance to play! We try to start all tourneys at their scheduled time, and registering at the last second can hold TD’s, tournaments, and players up!
When you register for a tourney, try to finish playing in it! This is especially important in a doubles match as your partner is counting on you! If you absolutely can't, then make sure that the TD is aware of your situation (IM is best) so your opponent may be advanced quickly without holding up the tournament.
FYI - one tourney doesn’t wait for another to finish before starting timers, so if you are unable to play in 2 tourneys at a time, don’t! The calendar is usually pretty active and another tourney will come up!
Timers!
The invitee / inviter should quickly state in lobby or IM if their match hasn’t started or invite hasn’t been sent / received, do NOT wait 4 minutes before drawing it to Td's attention!
Four minute timer to invite or accept with good ping, brb’s included! – Timer starts as soon as pairings are posted
Missing persons (people with no ping or who are not in room) get an 8 minute timer – Timer starts as soon as pairings are posted.
If a player goes over these timers, tourney rounds will be advanced and the TD will post the missing player as the loser for that round.
All TD timers, rules, and decisions are final.
Reporting!
Winners report to lobby.
Non-winners report to the tourney page.
Td will invite finalists and report final game results.
TD will give 1 warning for playing slow, after that you will be DQ'ed.
Booting of td will result in instant DQ.
Td has final say in all disputes.
Td's decisions are final!
