SORRY MY RESPONSE IS A LITTLE BEHIND, JUST SAW ALL THAT. I WAS ONE WHO WASNT HAPPY WITH THE 2X2...NOT BECAUSE I DIDNT LIKE PLAYING BANDR IN IT, BUT I THOUGHT THE PURPOSE WAS TO PLAY BP? WELL IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS KELLY AND I PLAYED , THERE WAS 1 PAIRING WITH BP MEMBERS..THE REST WAS BANDR? IF WE R GOING TO PLAY AGAINST OUR HOME TEAMS, I'D RATHER IT BE AT HOME. THEN WE CAN REAP THE REWARDS OF BEING PITTED AGAINST ONE ANOTHER AT HOME. THE BREAKERS WILL GET CREDIT FOR GAMES PLAYED INSTEAD OF BP. BESIDES, FOR THOSE WHO DIDNT TRY THE MLP STYLE TOURNEY, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT U MISSED! IT WAS GREAT FUN AND ALLOWED US TIME TO VISIT AS WELL!!! I think the point that hasn't been made here is that the staff didn't just vote to discontinue the 2v2 with BP. During our meeting, it was decided that we would approach BP with the team match format. BP are the ones who said no flat out. They weren't even willing to compromise and alternate weeks of team format/2v2.It wasn't until after BP's refusal to even try the new format that the Breakers decided to stay home. Rightly so in my opinion.
