I want to aologize to my Breaker teammates for a gross lack of judgement. I don't mind getting beaten (I'm used to it) but a couple of teammates whose skill and judgement I respect pointed out to me that the proper shot in the last game of MLP was a safety. ( I assume that the rest of the team is thinking same) I admit that the thought of using a safety NEVER entered my mind. However, I can assure you all that such a lapse on my part will never happen again. Sorry, team!- Re: APOLOGY View

Amen to what everyone has said already P. If, anything.... YOU were a hero, for stepping up for ALL of us in that very difficult situation to start with. You were left with the burden of playing that pressured game # 7. Not because it is anyone's fault, just the way the matches fell.
YOU were there for us.....And I believe that is the most important thing of all and everyone appreciates it !!! Lub Me (((( P ))))- Re: APOLOGY View

Gus - You are great and no apologies needed in this team from any one of us . We have known each other a very long time and we are friends - that is what matters most - Thank you for being there and we will always be here for you .

Don't you even give it one more thought, Gussie. A smidgen to the left and you would have been a HERO! The important thing is you were there, you stepped up to the plate and you did your best. No one can fault you for that.I don't blame you any more than I blame myself for not putting backspin on a crucial shot which would have won us the match in Game 5. #!*^e happens, we live and we learn.
As Red says, we as a team lost the match, and I guarantee you that there's not a single member of the team who doesn't feel the same.

No need to apologise gus. MLP has always been a team effort. We, as a team lost the match. We as a team put the 7th player, (you), in the position of having to win to secure the match. I was hoping to win enough early games so that the later games would have no pressure, but it didn't pan out that way.
We work on strategy, safety, game-plans etc for MLP, but in the end, everyone's best chance is to play to their strengths. You felt that you could make the bank shot, you were unlucky.
We'll gettum next time ^5
