    That's odd. Please let me know the screen names of the users involved the matches you needed to report and what browsers they are using. Is it affecting all users who report ladder matches or just the 3 individuals? I also have one more additional question, did they clear their browser history/temp files and then try to report the match again? It is possible they received the error due to stale cached page information.

      Thanks Chaddy, yes I did clear history, temp files and cookies and still get the glitch sometimes.
      And when i do open the site, it opens with error.
      Thanks for what ur trying to do.
