1. Each round consists of playing 3 games.

2. Each player must keep their scores (token count) and their opponents scores (token count) after each game for all 3 games.

3. All tourneys will be played in main chat.

4. The TD (tournament director) will announce the pairings in chat. The matches will then begin when the TD announces the start of the match. It’s the players’ responsibility to watch for the announcing of the game and round.

5. At the end of the 3rd game the TD will ask each player for (token) scores. These are to be posted in chat. Please post only your scores. The purpose of keeping your opponents score is, it is less likely a chance of mistakes occurring and it will help your opponent if by chance they missed writing one of theirs down, etc. Scores will be posted this way: Game 1 + Game 2 + Game 3 = Total (123+32+450=605).

6. If total score at the end of the 3rd game is a tie, a 4th game will be played to decide the winner.
7. The player with the highest score will advance to the next round.

8. You must be prompt when the host asks your score. Delay in answer or if you do not answer and give your score (s) you will be given a zero (0) for that round.

9. If a player receives a prize or the jackpot on their spin they must take the score given or take a 0 (zero). That game will not be replayed.

10. If a player misses taking their score they will take a 0 (zero) for that game unless their opponent or someone in the tournament saw their score. (Please watch carefully for your scores.)

11. We do not allow a replay of any games when the player is booted or frozen. The player that was booted or froze should try to get back to the room as soon as possible and try to catch up. If player did not receive a score then they must take a 0 (zero).

12. All Case’s ladder rules are in affect when playing in BingoBuddies.

13. All players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner and to abide by the decisions of the TD.

14. Players and TD’s are not to visit or play in any room/league with the intent of advertising our league without the Head Administrator (HA) of BingoBuddies (ernhardtfan3) permission and the Head Administrator of the room/league they wish to advertise in. The player must obtain both HA’s permission. In doing so without permission the player will receive 1 (one) warning and if continues to do so will be boxed and possibly banned from BingoBuddies.

15. This is a ladder stats (auto report) tournament. The TD will report all LOSSES and WINS when the tournament is over. At the close of the tournament the ladder matches will be automatically posted to the ladder.

16. All players laddering (meaning playing on ladder not a tournament)must follow Case’s ladder rules. The loser of the match must report the win and loss within one (1) hour of playing the match. If the player that loses does not report during this time, the winner would send a friendly e-mail reminder to them and ask them to please report the match. Allow 24 hours after you send the e-mail before you, the winner, report the match.

17. Only members of Bingobuddies will be allowed to play in tourneys,

there will be no substitutes allowed.
