Tournament Rules

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION!

TABLE SETTINGS:

    Called shots
    45 second timer
    Break setting must be random (this includes all ladders!)
    Allow all ratings
    Allow watchers
    Do not mute watchers
    Non-rated - unless both players agree to a rated game BEFORE the
         table is set
    Private tables with password of pool

RULES:

    Safety taps are NOT allowed - you must alter the table in a
         noticeable way on every shot.
    Do not allow the computer to replace a player.
    Do not make up additional rules and agree with your opponent to play
         these rules. For example, if you are playing in a straight 9 ball
         tournament, you and your opponent cannot decide to play a Bank 9
         game. If caught, this will be a DQ from the tournament.

ETIQUETTE

    It is common courtesy to say gl to your opponent before the game starts.
    It is common courtesy to say gg when match is through but wait for 9 ball
         to fall and cue ball to stop rolling.

OTHER INFORMATION:

    9 on break is a win
    If you hit target ball into called pocket and 9 ball falls into any pocket, it is
         a win unless its a special tournament were slop is a loss.
    Both players report in lobby after game as:     winner ///// non-winner
    Report missing players in lobby as:     missing //// player's name
    If missing during tourney you will be on 10 min timer. If you are timed out
         twice you will forfeit all remaining games.
    If you are playing at another table while in a tournament, you will receive
         a 3 minute timer.
