    We all know that there are folks who are finishing with the last tourney, and then there are those that are involved in Ladder steps challenges. However I have noticed that we have a few players on our league who are Experts and above in ranking. We need to ask ourselves whether we want to be a vampirish type of league which has a hierarchy of experts and masters who feed on the lower masses

      There is no hierarchy here. People win and lose so ratings go up and down.
