We have received several support mails regarding incorrect match reports when using the "Report Loss" link. First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience this problem is causing. Rest assured our developers are working to locate and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, please use the "Login/Logout" link to log into your account prior to reporting a loss. Additionally, please be sure your name is showing in the Username box on the Report Loss page as shown and highlighted below:
