Facing a life changing decision View

In the past 7 days I have collapsed twice at home and this time damn near did me in I have through a cardiologist discovered I am one oif the 1hat suffers from a vary rare genetic aortic valve dissentment meaning that my aortic valve is smaller than it should be. There is no way around I am facing open heart surgery in the near future and to be very honest I am quite concerned about this. Have had to make some big decisions already diet wise and exercise wise which is never a bad move anyways but I am heading down a long road so would like some friends to hold hands with ty
