| A: First of all, this is what Case Ladder said in it's notice.
Unactivated Members, there are many possible reasons for an account to remain unactivated. The most common is that the player does not receive the Activation Key sent to them via E-mail. Either they entered their E-mail address incorrectly during the account creation process, or they do not receive the key due to technical difficulties with their SPAM filter or ISP, (very common for users of AOL and Hotmail). If you are still having trouble, contact SWEEPER-DAN. |

| Q: I am having trouble Registering for a Tourney, who do I need to contact? | ||
| A: First of all, check to see if you are LOGGED IN. If so, click on the HOST of the
TOURNEYMENT, then click on REGISTER on that page. If it returns that you are REGISTERED, then click on WITHDRAW. Then RE-REGISTER. If you are still having trouble, then contact the Tourney Director of the game you are trying to Register for. |
