Dreamland Journey
Rules and Policies
The Ranking System!
MyLeague has one of the simplest ranking systems ever used for competitive play. The concept was adopted from the ranking system used on the official Case’s Ladders. We call it a "Ladder" because each member holds a unique rank or "rung" that represents their standing among other members. The highest-ranked member holds the #1 Ladder position; for example, someone ranked #2 is ranked below the #1 member. The goal is to "climb" the Ladder all the way to the top!
  • When you first join, you are placed in an “Unranked” category on the League.
  • You become "Ranked" after winning your first League match. (Unranked members may play each other, and the winner becomes ranked at the bottom of the League.)
  • When you defeat a higher-ranked member, you move up in rank 50% the distance between their rank and your own.
    • Example: If you are ranked #50 and you beat the #1 ranked member, then your new rank would be 25.
  • Your rank on the League does not go down if you lose a match unless your opponent is ranked DIRECTLY below you.
    • Example: If you are ranked #5 and the #6 ranked member defeats you, then your new rank would be #6.
    • When members ranked below you are victorious against members ranked above you, it's possible the member will jump over you in rank and you will move down one rung. This depends on the ranks involved.
      • Example(per 50% rank gain) :You are currently ranked #7. If the #10 ranked member defeats the #1 ranked member, then #10 will advance to the #5 rung and you will fall to the #8 rung.

    Account Rules
    • League Names
      • If your League name is deemed offensive or contains profanity, your account may be removed.
      • If your League name is deemed abusive towards another member, your account may be removed.
      • You can edit your League name by using the ‘My Account’ tab and choosing the ‘Edit Username’ option. If you have problems changing your League name, please use the ‘Contact Admin’ link, located on the 'Support' tab.
    • E-mail Address
      • Your E-mail address must be kept current at all times, in case you need to be contacted. You can use the 'Edit E-mail Address' link on the 'My Account' tab to edit your E-mail address.
    • Password Security
      • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
      • You are not permitted to share your password with anyone for any reason.
    • Inactivity
      • In order to keep the League as dynamic as possible, your account will be automatically deleted if you are inactive for 255 days. However, one of the features of our Premium Membership Program is never being deleted for inactivity. Information regarding our Premium Membership Program can be found here .
    • Multiple Accounts
      • Only one account is allowed per person. There are no exceptions to this rule.
      • It is forbidden for more than one person to use or share the same account.
      • Multiple accounts from the same location will be investigated and possibly removed.

    Challenges
Note: Please consult the Admin staff regarding whether or not League challenges are permitted for this League. A challenge is defined as a request for a match with a higher-ranked member. Whether you are the challenger or the one being challenged, there are some rules that must be followed. Violating these rules may result in penalties. If you notice anyone violating these rules, please contact the Admin staff.
    • Chat
      • The best way to find League matches is to announce in chat that you are looking for a League match so that other members will know you are interested in League-play. You can also directly challenge a specific member in chat.
    • Formal Challenges
      • Most Leagues permit the use of Formal Challenges. A complete overview of the Formal Challenge system can be found here .
    • 1 time(s) Per Day
      • You may play the same member 1 time(s) per day. However, you may play as many different members as you would like on any given day. A “MyLeague” day begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
    • Verify Information
      • We recommend you ensure a potential opponent is also a member of the League before starting your match. You can do this very easily by searching for your opponent using the 'Search for Players' tool.

    Playing a Match
Once you are ready to start playing a League match, there are some guidelines governing game play that you should keep in mind.
    • Opponents
      • You are not allowed to report losses to another member that also plays from the same computer as you. Our security software will detect this activity if it is attempted, and participating accounts may be penalized or removed.
    • Sportsmanship
      • The same rules that apply to behavior in chat (covered in a later section) also apply during matches.

    Reporting the Match
Once your match is completed, the loser of the match is responsible for reporting the loss immediately. You can report your matches using the 'Report Loss' button located on the 'Standings' tab. Please note the ‘Report Loss’ link should only be used for League matches and not for tournament matches; you should consult the TD with any questions regarding reporting tournament matches. If you have any problems reporting a loss, you should contact the Admin staff and request assistance.
    • Reporting the Loss
      • In one-on-one matches, the loser of the match reports the loss to the winner.
      • In partner matches, each member of the losing team reports a loss to both partners of the winning team. At the end of the match, you would either gain two wins or report two losses.
      • In “free for all” matches (matches in which multiple opponents are competing against each other without partners), each loser of the match must report a loss to one overall winner.
      • When playing matches with more than one opponent, it is important for losses to be reported in the proper order if rank will be affected by the order of report. You must report to the better-ranked opponent first in those cases. It is your responsibility to make sure you report in the correct order when necessary. Not doing so may result in penalty.
    • Unreported Matches
      • If your opponent does not report their loss within one hour after completing the match or prior to starting another match, you should click on the “Contact Admin” link and then use the “Unreported Match” form.

    Tournaments
The rules for a Tournament are determined by the Tournament Director hosting the event. You will find a summary of each individual Tournament, including a Rules page, if you follow the link for that specific Tournament.

    League-Specific Rules
Dreamland Journey Specific Rules: In addition to the Rules and Policies set by MyLeague and Cases (which are found on the left side of the main page..follow the link RULES) the following are specific rules set up by the administration of Dreamland League.

Formal Challenges: Formal Challenges:   Dreamland will not recognize any "challenge" other than that of a formal challenge which must be done through the link on the left side of the main league page using the "formal challenge" link under the heading "The Ladder"...simply type in your ID name, league password and the ID of the player you wish to challenge.

  • Eligible:   Only players ranked in the Top 20 may use this formal challenge.  You must wait two (2) days before you are allowed to issue another challenge to the same player.   You may issue one formal challenge at a time and only one formal challenge may be issued against you at any time.

  • Email:   The challenged player will be sent an e-mail letting them know about the challenge issued against them.  Bounced e-mail will be considered a forfeit.

  • Game:  When making a formal challenge to another player you both have three (3) days to arrange a time for the game to be played.  The challenger will choose the game.  Before the game is started all must be aware of the rules of that particular game and must acknowledge this in the chat of the table.  A challenge game must be played with four (4) players.........NEVER with bots.

  • Formal Challenge Priority: Formal challenges take priority over all other matches.  If someone has a formal challenge against you and they are available to play, you MUST play them next.  Only exception would be if either player is in a tournament. Table:  The person who issued the challenge will make the UNRATED table and will invite all players.  The person who has been challenged will sit first. Reporting:   The Formal Challenge game will be reported in the same manner as a regular league game......The loss must be reported by each of the losing team members and must be reported as soon as possible.   It is suggested they report immediately after the game.  Under NO circumstances should a player begin another game until previous game has been reported.

  • Misbids:  Will be - 50 points 1st misbid -100 points for 2nd misbid 3rd misbid would end up in DQ and loss of game.  This is consistent with our policy on league games misbids.

  • Disputes:   Please contact an admin as soon as possible......preferably while all are still sitting at the table.  It may be a good idea to invite an admin sit in on the game from the beginning.

  • Failure to complete a formal challenge:  Will result in a mark against BOTH players record card.  Cases will automatically place a player in the box for three (3) days on the second failure.  However, it is the policy of this league to remove the player from the box after the second failure.  Three (3) failures will be allowed before a penalty is applied....on the fourth (4th) failure the player will be boxed by cases and will remain boxed for the three (3) days PLUS the player will be moved down five (5) ladder rungs.

  • Regular League Games: Regular League Games:  Are all games played by four (4) members who have agreed to play.  League games are NOT required but are played by choice and should be fun and relaxing.

  • Table:  The table can be either rated or unrated and can be made by any of the four players.

  • Rules:  The host of the table is in charge and MUST clearly state the rules for the game.  Rules must be agreed upon by all four and must be made clear BEFORE starting the game.  Do not start the game until you understand the rules.  Example:  "Regular spades to 500 points..no double nils allowed...misbids -100 points."   If you are playing it is assumed you agreed to the rules of the game as set by the host of the table.  If the game is RATED....there are no rules and nils and double nils ARE allowed. Misbids:   All misbids in league games will be - 50 1st misbid -100 points 2nd misbid 3rd would be DQ . EXCEPT in the case of a rated game in which case there is NO misbids.  Please be sure to state before playing as a reminder to all.  The misbid penalty will be applied after the game is done.   ie:  one team reaches 500 points....game is over....access the misbid to determine the winner.

  • Reporting:   The loss must be reported by both the losing team members and must be reported as soon as possible. It is suggested they report immediately after the game. Under NO circumstances should a player begin another game until previous game has been reported.

  • Procedure for unreported loss:  1. Please remind the player using instant messenger (IM) or email. 2. If no response within 24 hours please file an unreported match found on the main page in the left column.  This will be go directly to the admin in charge of unreported matches.   Unreported matches will be kept track of and a penalty will be given when the number on any one person reaches five (5).

  • Boxing Policy: League Statement: In an effort to keep our spades playing environment as pleasant as possible for all members the following will be enforced as best we can.......

  • 1.: NO conflicts between members will be discussed or tolerated in the lobby chat!

  • 2.: All members and staff are asked to take ALL conflicts to private IM or table to discuss.

  • 3. Boxings will begin with 3 days for language, behavior or disrespect to fellow members.

  • 4.: Lesser days will be used for minor offenses not involving lobby conflicts.

  • 5. Our league policy is 3 boxings in a 3 month period will result in banning

  • 6. If banned, the member may request reinstatement after a 2 month period.  They should contact an admin and the request will be reviewed by the administration.  The member may or may not be required to join this meeting.

  • 7.: Under no circumstances will a member who was banned for proven cheating be considered for reinstatement!!!

  • The following procedure will be followed for boxing and banning: All warnings and boxings will be recorded on the individuals players card. Three warnings will earn the player three days in the box.  This means no more than 3 warnings.  It is not meant that you will always receive 3 warnings.

  • CASES RULE:  It is illegal to abuse or harass another Ladder member (TD, HTD or Admin).   If you are observed being abusive in chat it could result in penalty. Depending upon the extent of the abuse you might not always receive a warning in these cases. It is important to remember that two wrongs do not make a right. In other words, if you are being harassed by another Ladder member come to us for assistance. Do not take matters into your own hands or return the abuse, or you could find yourself in trouble as well.

  • BOXING OF TOP TEN: Inactivity: Players in the Top Ten must play at least once every 3 days. If they don't they are automatically dropped five rungs and their inactivity counter is reset. There are no exceptions to this rule. If the boxed member is in the top ten they will be dropped 5 ladder rungs on day 3 of inactivity.

  • Three separate occurrences in the box in a three month time frame will earn the player banning from this league. Example One-----   January 1st a player is boxed  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box one (cleared April 1st) February 1st this same player is boxed  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box two (cleared May 1st) March 1st this same player is boxed  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  - - BANNED This player will be banned from the league as from January 1st to March 1st is a period of 2 months Example Two----- January 1st a player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box one (cleared April 1st) February 1st this same player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box two (cleared May 1st) July 1st this same player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box one (cleared Oct 1st) This player's third offense is now the first offense as the first two have been cleared after 3 months

  • Dreamland League Specific Rules: Dreamland is an adult orientated league our aim is to have fun and make friends being ourselves and acting like adults.

  • In addition to the Rules and Policies set by My League and Cases (which are found on the main page..follow the link RULES) the following are specific rules set up by the administration of Dreamland League.:   During the tournament, capital letters are reserved for the TD. Please do not excessively use them as they are needed to accentuate what the TD has to announce.

  • League Name: When joining the league your league I.D. and your yahoo I.D. must be exact or you will be asked to change your league I.D. If your I.D. is offensive to anybody in the league, you will be asked to change it. You must play or sub in all league games with your league name/yahoo ID.

  • Registering for a Tourney: Be on time for tournaments. Register early and be in the lobby before tournament start time or you will be dropped from the tournament. Do not register anybody except yourself for a tournament, this will cause the TD in charge to be flagged for cheating and his/her ability to host tournaments will be suspended and the tournament will have to be recreated by another TD and everyone will have to reregister.

  • Expected Behavior:
  • Dreamland’ is an adult oriented league, and therefore we expect our members to act like adults.
  • We expect all members to respect the rights of all players. Issues or problems are best resolved in private rooms or by messenger. Outbursts in the lobby are not acceptable and will be considered and act of poor sportsmanship.: If there are problems, please feel free to message the TD, and if possible, a private room can be made and another TD or Admin can be called to help resolve any issues that might arise.

  • No abusive or belligerent behavior toward any league member or Staff member will be tolerated for any reason (this includes taunting). 1ST—WARNING 2ND--DQ'D 3RD-- may end up in boxing:
  • GAME PLAY,/b>: Fast Play During a game you will be expected to bid fast and play fast according to your ping. Anyone having a good ping and slow play will be given 2 warnings if a 3rd warning is necessary a DQ will result for the team and the reason will be "For Slow Play". If you have a slow ping, you will be asked to reboot, once you get back, if you are still lagging you will be asked to get a sub who doesn't have lag. This is only done because lag slows a game, which ends up slowing the tournaments. Absolutely NO 3 minute card playing or cheating of any kind. All players are expected to finish the games they start. If your team concedes during a rated game, the decision is final, there is no changing it. Two league players will be brought in to finish the game if you do not wish to finish it. This is done so the other team can get their Yahoo points. Your team will take the auto loss in the tournament, no matter who might end up winning the Yahoo game.

  • Table Talk: Absolutely no table talk will be tolerated or private messages to your partner are allowed during the game! You will get one warning and the next time it happens your team will be DQ'd. Telling your partner to "bag em" or "set em" or "watch the bags" or "lead diamonds" or "don't cut clubs" or any other talk like that is table talk. **To be safe, if something could possibly be interpreted as table talk do not say it. The TD is responsible for determining table talk. TD's decision is final.

  • BRB: If a BRB is needed wait till hand is over, contact TD and tell them you need a BRB. NO BRB's will be allowed during a hand nor before or during a NIL bid. If you need a BRB please do so between hands only and please announce it at the table first. We understand that the phone rings and stuff so please be quick and always announce BRB on table before walking away from computer.

  • Penalties for breaking any rule include but are not limited to: A verbal warning by a TD or an Admin. Penalty Box (minimum 1 day but can be more) or Kicked or banned out of the league.:

  • Invites: In swiss tourneys, the higher seeded team always invites. In Double elimination or single elimination, the top bracket team in that match invites.

  • Table Type: Create Standard, Unrated, Protected, No Idle FF tables unless specified by TD. Do not start table until pairs have been announced in lobby. A new table must be made for each game (You can not stay at a table for your next round game).

  • Kibitz: During a tourney no one except the TD is allowd to Kibitz. Kibitzing will result in removal from the table. **Players, please uncheck the "allow kibitz" box. Refusal to follow this instruction will result in team DQ. TD should Kibitz entire game.

  • Game Clock: The game clock will begin when the TD gives the OK to begin the game. The clock never stops for boots, subs, lag, or other normal problems. Host is to keep track of hands and time. 5 minute player replacement time is allowed and will be included in the game time limit. A timer will be started when the booted player leaves the table. Please call TD to start timer. Game must resmue play within that 5 minutes or team will be DQd.

  • MISBIDS: NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN. The first misbid is -50 points from the teams final score. The second misbid will result in the team losing an additional -100 pts from the finals score. The third misbid will result in the team being DQ’d. In case of a misbid the TD must be called to verify and that hand always has to be skipped. Do not skip hand until the TD instructs you to do so.

  • SUBS: Reboot time is 5 minutes. Subs will be offered after 1 minute. If no sub is found after 5 minutes the team will be DQ'd. The TD may make exceptions if it is known one of the players is having temporary ISP problems and is making every effort to return quickly.

  • REMEMBER: - When you register, you agree to abide by all the rules of the tournament. If you must leave a tourney in the event of a boot or an emergency, you must inform the hosting TD and give the reason for leaving. The TD reserves the right to determine the necessity for a sub. If you leave for any other reason (i.e. because you dislike your partner, the rules, the TD, etc.) you WILL receive box time and the possibility of being banned if this becomes a habit. The TD may only sub when there are no other subs available. The TD will list eligible subs and player has choice of sub (any member eliminated from the current tourney or if none are available, any member in the room available to sub). **Any player found abusing this rule to run down time or any other reason will possibly receive DQs and/or box time. The TD has final say as to when a sub will or will not be offered and who is eligible to sub.

  • 2 VS 2: SUBS are allowed as long as they are league members. Subs must play under their league ID and cannot be in current tournament SUBS should finsish the hand they are playing when the original member returns to the game. If the original player bid the hand and returns before play of the 2nd card they may request their hand back at that time and not have to wait till end of hand, this applies to 1 v 1 and 2 v 2 games. ONE original member must be playing at all times or team will be DQ’d. (If there is a sub and the second original team member is booted that member will be given 10 minutes to return)

  • 1 VS 1: For MIA or No show players, a 5 minute timer will be started. If the player does not return or show in that time period, they are DQ’d from the tournament. The TD may put in a sub during the 5 minute time period. 1 VS 1 WITH HUMANS ALLOWS FOR "PLAYER HELPERS" Player helpers are used to complete a match in round one if necessary to keep the “human” concept of the tourney. Player helpers are always required in the finals…. One helper for each player making it to finals. Game credits will be given to all winning Helpers ANY LEAGUE MEMBER MAY BE A PLAYER HELPER INCLUDING THOSE IN THE TOURNEY (This is different than 2 vs 2 tourneys where subs may not be in the tourney)

  • THE GALLERY: Visitors may watch, but must remain quiet during the game. If a visitor is creating a problem, the visitor must leave if asked to do so by the TD or by members playing the game. You will not boot members off of your table for any reason without first getting permission from a TD or Admin (THIS MAY BE A POTENTIAL NEW MEMBER) BUT EXPLAIN TO THEM THIS IS A TOURNAMENT GAME AND PLEASE NOT TO KIBITZ)

  • Rules Enforcement: During a tournament the hosting TD has ultimate authority. A TD decision is final and not to be disputed. They will be the sole deteminator regarding cheating, IMs, table talk, disrespect and abuse of rules. **If a ruling is made that you do not agree with, please wait until AFTER the tournament to discuss it privately with the TD. While the TD's decisions are final DURING the tourney, TDs are subject to review by the admin team to ensure they properly run their tourneys and fairly uphold the rules. If you believe strongly a TD has applied the rules in an improper or unfair manner, please alert the head admin. Please make sure to have screen shots or IM archives on to help prove your case, and so you have evidence to what you say.

    Top Ten
The purpose of the League is to climb to the top and the competition for the rungs in the Top Ten is high. As such, we have special rules that apply for members in the Top Ten.

    • Inactivity
      • Members in the Top Ten must play a League match at least once every 5 days; otherwise, you will be automatically dropped five rungs and your inactivity counter is reset. There are no exceptions to this rule.

    Expected Behavior
As a member of MyLeague, you are representing the League, the Admin staff, and all other members when you are participating on a MyLeague. It’s part of your responsibility as a member to act in a respectable manner within your League community.
    • Avatars
      • The rules of common decency should be followed when uploading images to use as avatars. Inappropriate avatars may be removed without warning or notification.
    • Cheating
      • If you believe your opponent is cheating, then you should contact the Admin staff.
    • Abuse
      • It is forbidden to abuse or harass another League member.
      • It is important to remember that two wrongs do not make a right. If you are being harassed by another League member, contact the Admin staff for assistance. Do not take matters into your own hands or return the abuse, or you could be penalized as well.
    • Nice Guy Rule
      • Please note that behavior guidelines govern all methods of communication. This includes chat, E-mail, message forums, instant messenger services, etc. Treat other members with respect!

    Fill in the Blank
Although we have tried to be as detailed as possible, we can’t cover every aspect of gaming in our rules. Please be advised that just because something is not stated in our rules and policies, then that does not mean it is allowed. Use common sense. If it is something that will adversely affect other members and you might think twice about it, then it’s probably against the rules. The Admin staff will have the final say in such matters. If you have a specific question please feel free to contact us via E-mail.

BOXING OF TOP TEN: Inactivity: Players in the Top Ten must play at least once every 3 days. If they don't they are automatically dropped five rungs and their inactivity counter is reset. There are no exceptions to this rule. If the boxed member is in the top ten they will be dropped 5 ladder rungs on day 3 of inactivity. Three separate occurrences in the box in a three month time frame will earn the player banning from this league. Example One----- January 1st a player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box one (cleared April 1st) February 1st this same player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box two (cleared May 1st) March 1st this same player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - BANNED This player will be banned from the league as from January 1st to March 1st is a period of 2 months Example Two----- January 1st a player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box one (cleared April 1st) February 1st this same player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box two (cleared May 1st) July 1st this same player is boxed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - box one (cleared Oct 1st) This player's third offense is now the first offense as the first two have been cleared after 3 months Dreamland League Specific Rules: Dreamland is an adult orientated league our aim is to have fun and make friends being ourselves and acting like adults. In addition to the Rules and Policies set by My League and Cases (which are found on the main page..follow the link RULES) the following are specific rules set up by the administration of Dreamland League.: During the tournament, capital letters are reserved for the TD. Please do not excessively use them as they are needed to accentuate what the TD has to announce. League Name: When joining the league your league I.D. and your yahoo I.D. must be exact or you will be asked to change your league I.D. If your I.D. is offensive to anybody in the league, you will be asked to change it. You must play or sub in all league games with your league name/yahoo ID. Registering for a Tourney: Be on time for tournaments. Expected Behavior: Dreamland’ is an adult oriented league, and therefore we expect our members to act like adults. We expect all members to respect the rights of all players. Issues or problems are best resolved in private rooms or by messenger. Outbursts in the lobby are not acceptable and will be considered an act of poor sportsmanship.: If there are problems, please feel free to message the TD, and if possible, a private room can be made and another TD or Admin can be called to help resolve any issues that might arise. No abusive or belligerent behavior toward any league member or Staff member will be tolerated for any reason (this includes taunting). 1ST—WARNING 2ND--DQ'D 3RD-- may end up in boxing: GAME PLAY:: Fast Play During a game you will be expected to bid fast and play fast according to your ping. Table Talk: Absolutely no table talk will be tolerated or private messages to your partner are allowed during the game! BRB: If a BRB is needed wait till hand is over, contact TD and tell them you need a BRB. NO BRB's will be allowed during a hand nor before or during a NIL bid. If you need a BRB please do so between hands only and please announce it at the table first. We understand that the phone rings and stuff so please be quick and always announce BRB on table before walking away from computer. Penalties for breaking any rule include but are not limited to: A verbal warning by a TD or an Admin. Penalty Box (minimum 1 day but can be more) or Kicked or banned out of the league.: Invites: In swiss tourneys, the higher seeded team always invites. In Double elimination or single elimination, the top bracket team in that match invites. Table Type: Create Standard, Unrated, Protected, No Idle FF tables unless specified by TD. Do not start table until pairs have been announced in lobby. A new table must be made for each game (You can not stay at a table for your next round game). Kibitz: During a tourney no one except the TD is allowd to Kibitz. Kibitzing will result in removal from the table. **Players, please uncheck the "allow kibitz" box. Refusal to follow this instruction will result in team DQ. TD should Kibitz entire game. Game Clock: The game clock will begin when the TD gives the OK to begin the game. MISBIDS: NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN. SUBS: Reboot time is 5 minutes. Subs will be offered after 1 minute. If no sub is found after 5 minutes the team will be DQ'd. The TD may make exceptions if it is known one of the players is having temporary ISP problems and is making every effort to return quickly. REMEMBER: - When you register, you agree to abide by all the rules of the tournament. 2 VS 2: SUBS are allowed as long as they are league members. (If there is a sub and the second original team member is booted that member will be given 10 minutes to return) 1 VS 1: For MIA or No show players, a 5 minute timer will be started. Game credits will be given to all winning Helpers ANY LEAGUE MEMBER MAY BE A PLAYER HELPER INCLUDING THOSE IN THE TOURNEY (This is different than 2 vs 2 tourneys where subs may not be in the tourney) THE GALLERY: Visitors may watch, but must remain quiet during the game. If a visitor is creating a problem, the visitor must leave if asked to do so by the TD or by members playing the game. You will not boot members off of your table for any reason without first getting permission from a TD or Admin (THIS MAY BE A POTENTIAL NEW MEMBER) BUT EXPLAIN TO THEM THIS IS A TOURNAMENT GAME AND PLEASE NOT TO KIBITZ) Rules Enforcement: During a tournament the hosting TD has ultimate authority.
