Below are some important points to remember and should you have any questions please ask someone on our Staff they can help you.

All our tourneys are played in Wild Blue Yonder - Under the Beginner Tab in POGO EUCHRE GAMES. To find us go to Pogo.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR A TOURNEY

From the Main League Page. Click on the Tournament Time you'd like to play in. A new window will open. Click on Register and another window will open. Type in your ladder name / password and be sure to check the box you have read the rules. Once you have completed registration come to Pogo - Euchre - WildBlueYonder - under the beginners tab.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A TOURNEY

It's possible this is all very new to you and you feel that you don't know what you are doing. Don't worry we have been there before please make yourself known to the host. We understand you will have a load of questions about how to play in a league.

WHAT TYPE OF GAME ARE WE PLAYING - Most all games are reg std unless otherwise stated on the tourney page. Gimmicks are played from time to time and your tounament host will advise you of the rules for that particular game.

WHO DO I PLAY - Once the Host has closed registration and will come back into the lobby and tell you which table to set and who your partner is and who your opponents are. The 1st persons name called always sets the table. Please wait for the host to say that the table is GTG before allowing others to sit.

HELP HOW DO I SET A TABLE - The TABLE SETTING are shown here :-

The tables are always set like this except for some gimmicks e.g. Reverse where the tram is unchecked. The password is always joy in small case. Rules are always run in the lobby before the start of each tourney please make sure you are in room before start of tourney.

TOURNAMENT ETIQUETTE

We have some tourney etiquette rules in EuchreJoy mostly they are common sense and courtesy. The only person in league that uses caps are the hosting Staff. So please as a player don't use caps as this can confuse members. We ask that you aren't rude to your fellow players at the table or in the lobby. We welcome all ratings...so sometimes you will have a partner that plays different from you please accept it as a part of playing in a league with multiple ratings. Please don't be rude to the hosts they are here so that you can play and they give their time willingly and completely voluntarily.

LEAGUE RULES

NO Talking Religion or Politics in Lobby. This is not only a League Rule but also a Pogo.com Rule.

If your in the lobby and Host calls your name to a table and you haven't responded in the chat or sat at the table... you will have 5 minutes to do so or you will be DQ'd.

If you get booted from pogo at anytime in a game you have 10 min's to get back to table and be sitting. If you poof 3 times in any one game you will be dq'd on the 3rd poof

There is a 2pt penalty for going alone on 9.

Tourneys will not be held up for anyone we start on time.

Please no IM use of any kind while in Game Play.

LADDER MATCHES

You may ladder as many times a day as you want but you can only ladder the same person twice in a 24hr period. The loser of the ladder must report the match immediately....by going to the main League Page...Click on the Tab .."Standing" and in the title bar click on "Report Loss".

No one from the same household may ladder one another.
