THE NEW BOOT RULE  IS AS FOLLOWS;  ANY ONE WHO GETS  BOOTED OUT OR FREEZES  IN THE  {"1st - 4th FRAME"}  BUT RETURNS  BEFORE THE 5th FRAME THEY WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE SCORE THAT IS ON THE GAME BOARD AND IF ANY PLAYER GETS BOOTED IN THE 5th FRAME OR AFTER BUT HAS RETURNED BEFORE THE END OF TRNY OR BY THE END OF THE  10th FRAME WILL RECIEVE A SCORE OF “0” FOR THAT ROUND NO REMATCH NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! AND: ALSO IF ANY PLAYER
FORGETS TO POST THEIR SCORE @ THE END OF 10th FRAME THEN THE TD HAS NO OTHER OPTION LEFT; BUT TO GIVE THAT PLAYER A {"SCORE OF 20"} FOR THAT ROUND
