Here is my recipe for Yorkies(not to be taken out on leash)
4ounces plain flour
1/2 pint milk or milk/water
2 eggs
salt
METHOD
Sift flour in bowl add good pinch salt. Combine the eggs and milk gradually beat this into the flour until you have a nice pourable batter. I like to stand for an hour before using. Pre heat oven to 220c or gas mark 7/8(hot) Heat a little fat in a muffin tin. When fat is very hot beat the batter one last time before pouring into muffin tin, filling each one about 3/4 full. Cook above middle of oven for approx 20/25 mins till golden and well risen. Delicious with roast beef.
Can be used as a sweet with various fillings
Good baking !!!!!!!!!!!!
