  • More Play Less Waiting Please, just a suggestion View

    I have been a member here for over a year. I like forevers, but I would like to see something else here, i would like to see less waiting!!! When we lose in first round of a tourney sometimes have to wait for hour to hour and half for next tourney. Is there a way to have like roullettes on the half hour and another tourney at odd hours that ppl that are not in current tourney or out of tourney can play so ppl wont be waiting so long. Doesnt have to be where ppl play in 2 tourneys but i would like to see options for those out of tourneys like roullettes, or start doing rating mixers, or other "quickys" deemed by admin. I and I am sure others would rather play spades than to wait and wait and wait. Please hear my plea admin, and if anyone else is intertested in this idea please reply to this post. So i dont look like a loner on this issue.

      you can play league games at anytime. please feel free to ask for one in the lobby. i'm not sure why we don't push them more, no td needed... just play on, losers report @ http://www.myleague.com/foreverspades/standings/reportLoss/ !!!

        I would love to see more quickies and roulettes as well. Honestly, we can use more TD's....so if any of you would like to put in apps to host just one tourney a week, or fill in with roulettes and quickies, that would be terrific. I am being quite sincere with this plea...the more td's we have the less work for everyone: http://www.myleague.com/foreverspades/tournaments/tdApplication/

        I am in the area hit by Ike and am unable to host near as much as I used to, if at all. Hope you all give it some thought and jump in to contribute to the league we all enjoy so much! Hugs and see you all in Beetle.

          I guess I never noticed that long wait cause I usually win, win, win and I only have a few minutes wait until the next tournament. ha ha ha. I'm just kidding. You make a good point and Char is hosting a TD meeting tonight and we have our weekly Admin meeting tonight so I'll point everyone to your post so that they know you are looking for some odd hour quickies.
