I know this a spades league, but i wanted to share some great news, my oldest daughter enter the 2008 All Women World Series Poker Tournament in Vegas and placed 22nd outta almost 1200 women who played. :) They did several articles on her, she was known as a nobody, but became popular after taken out one of the best players, actually they also talked about how well known she is in AC for poker.I am so excited for her..

  Congrats Yavonne that is so terrific to have your daughter playing poker and winning. I love playing poker but there are really very few women who play. I have noticed over the last few years there are more and more very intelligent young people playing and beating the traditional players. It's a new world of gaming. hugss, Shelley
