this guy is disrupting tours goiing on and using his host badge while he is not even in our league and not being respectful of others

  The best that you can do right now about that is to report him to Pogo/EA Sports for abusing the TOS/TOU for aquiring that host badge. You can screen shot it, and enable java logging on your computer and send this info to Pogo/EA Sports.
  Sorry Jay that nothing more can be done. But as he's not on my league, nor on staff of any other, nothing a person can do.
