- SWEET POTATO HEAVEN (recipe) View

I'm not a big sweet potato eater but I made this last yr and a couple times since for my family members and they love itSWEET POTATO HEAVEN
ING:
6 cups cooked potatoes (or canned)
1 stick of butter
1 tsb. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2cup evaporated milk
TOPPING
1/2cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4cup butter
1cup pecans chopped or what ever kind of nuts u likePreparation:
Use mixer to combine the potatoes with the stick of butter. Beat until light and fluffy;add vanilla,sugar,eggs and milk,beating after each. Pour into a sprayed 9by13 inch pan.Mix topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for about 40 mins or until a knife or toothpick instered in comes out clean.Hope you enjoy and
