Hello all,
I just wanted to take a few to speak here.... as a TD we get imed of things players don't like or get upset on. I try so hard to listen and see it from all points NEVER feeling I take a side , only here to try and help.Many times I am told how trnies are closed and you didn't get to play. If I may speak on this to let members know. We try hard to close on time..many will make a team and SIT thinking td will look for them a pard... we do try and do this for all.. this isn't always possible.. I hear its hard for me to "ask" for a P.. well go auto.. if you don't like this option help us with getting you a P.. ask in lobby anyone in need of a p...If the trny has 10 teams and many times we get this and the TD waits it really goes into the next trny and if you think of others that has been waiting went auto or had their P in and we wait make 20 people wait is this fair to them so you can get more time when you sit in lobby think a td was doing it all for you? If you say in lobby I have a p coming plz don't close ALSO IM the td to make sure they seen this.. we may have been getting players VIA messenger or took our last potty break before we started trny, so make sure the TD see this.

12:00 Noon … EST … 1v1
1:30 p.m. … EST … 1v1
3:00 p.m. … EST … 1v1
5:30 p.m. … EST … 1v1
7:00 p.m. … EST … 2v2
8:30 p.m. … EST … 2v2
10:00 p.m. … EST … 2v2
11:30 p.m. … EST … 2v2 random pards !
I myself understand when you have someone new to league especially new to any lg all together.. I don't get why many reg members will wait to rt at close time than want to fuss at the td thats giving their time.
This wasn't meant for any one but all.. I play here because of the goodness I see in our members. we all have bad days.. we all get short... if we ALL help and maybe when you want to judge a TD for a decision take one min to find out why .. you may understand a lil more and your angriness will go away.
Always show good sportsmanship..think of another and lets make us the best league I know we can be !!

    Here Here, well said Anita! Although I'm a couple of weeks late with this reply, I fully agree with your comments. It takes team work from all sides to make a league work. It is just not possible to please everybody so middle ground has to be found that suits all. We are all here to play spades together and enjoy each others company in a drama free environment. I for one am not always on time for a tour but I realise if it starts without me, that's my fault for being late, not the TD's fault for following the rules and starting on time, besides, there is always another tour! Hugs all and don't stress, tomorrow is a new day! :-)
