What I do is open Excel (or some spreadsheet program) and then enter the following into the sheet:

A B
1 Me
2 Start
3 End
4 Total =B3-B2
5
6 Opp.
7 Start
8 End
9 Total = B8-B7

Then save it as Tracker or whatever you can to remember it...if you don't have a spreadsheet program, use openoffice.org. It's their version of Office, just free.

  We usually suggest that you write down the beginning tokens for yourself and your opponent. Then you can simply subtract and the old from the new and that will give you the correct winner of the match
