Hi Krew-mates!! Here is a description of how we run tournaments!! :-) We do timed/token tours as well as Win/loss games in pogo. The timed and token tours will be 15 -20 minute rounds pending the TD's decision, apart from Tri-Peaks Solitaire where they will always be 20 minute rounds so Krew-mates have the time to get Tex to that final chest. Sometimes if tournaments are pushing on towards the next tournament, the TD may even give 10 minute rounds.
The TD will ask for your token counts before the round starts (which is normally the last 6 digits - if a slots tour - or in any puzzle game the last 5 digits LOL!
A win/loss tour is basically not timed, and basically is reported in chat the name of the winner first seperated by a "/" then the loser. There may be freebie rounds (a rest) before the next round gets underway. The TD hosting will let players know before the tour/round starts.
Since there have been a few incidents.. if you say something that is not meant to be looked upon as "rude" please help members and the TD by adding some sort of perception to the statement, for example LOL or j/k = joking. This will avoid any statements taken the wrong way :-)
If you manage to get booted or freeze in a game room, pls notify the TD by IM or somebody that's in the tournament so they can make the TD aware. You will have 5 minutes to get back into the room - if timed and token - or you need to get back in time for the freebie round to end if win/loss. If you fail to make it back in time, then the win will go to your opponent, if you DO make it back in time, then you will have the chance of a rematch. Only 1 rematch per player per tour.
If the tour is a SWISS or Double elimination, and you forfeit the round due being timed out, then you will still have the chance of playing in the next round :-)
Please remember... the main objective of these tournaments is to have lots of competitive FUN!!! So enjoy yourselves and the time in tours with the BEST online family league in MyLeague :-)
TD's will reach members by Instant Message 30 minutes before a tournament starts, then 15 minutes, then there is a "final call ". This is to give you enough time to enter many of our fantastic tours!!
