Now that you’re a member of the League, you’re probably wondering how to start competing in tournaments. Well, you’ve come to the right place!

What is a League?
MyLeagues are powered by Case’s Ladder, but are managed and maintained by private individuals.

MyLeague offers dozens of statistics, dedicated message forums, live chat, hot/cold streaks, premium membership options, skill ratings, and much more.

League Admins
A MyLeague is owned and managed by the Head Admin. The Head Admin has the final decision for regular operations of the League, determines the rules for their League, and has complete autonomy over how the League is managed. Head Admins may appoint other Admins to assist with managing the League. A list of the League Admins is located on the Home tab.

If you experience problems or have any questions about the League, then you should contact the League Admins by clicking on the "Contact Admins" link located on the Support tab.

Where to Play
The League you joined may offer League matches and/or tournament matches. The matches are played at a gaming site, such as Yahoo or Pogo, and then the results of the matches are posted to the League and your stats on the League are automatically updated.

The gaming site that your League plays at is displayed on the League’s Home tab. You will need to create a separate account at the gaming site if you do not already have one.

Typically, gaming sites provide several game rooms for the games at their site, so you will need to find which game is played on the League you joined and which game room the League uses for their matches. This information can usually be found on the League’s Home tab, or you can use the Contact Admin link on the Support tab to ask the League Admin(s).

Tournaments
A tournament is a short-term competition with a scheduled beginning and a specific end. When a tournament begins, each player is paired up with an opponent (or more than one opponent, depending on the format of the tournament). Tournaments can be for “LadderStats”, in which case the results are reported to the League and stats are automatically updated.

For a complete list of tournaments for your League, visit the Tournament Calendar located on the Tournaments tab. You can access the page for a specific tournament by clicking on the jump number. Once you have selected the tournament you would like to join, the information for that tournament will be listed under the 'Tournament Info' heading.

1. First we would like to thank you for considering to join "Jammers Truckstop" Please read all our rules before you join the league.

2. RERACKS....Auto rerack if you pot 8 on break ....Reracks will be allowed if the 8 is ball #5 or less.... ... All parties involved must agree before it is granted.All re racks are decided by the TD giving the tournament . There are no re rack on early 8..

3. This is a beginners league, so no ratings over 1800 will be allowed in the league.

4. We are a new league therefore we will allow provy IDs at this time. We do however reserve the right to stop provy IDs at any time.

5. Your league name and name you play with must match. Please make sure you join the league with the name you wish to play with.

6. League name may be changed once every 6 months...Please consult the HA if you feel you need to change sooner than that..

7. You must be 16 years old to join the league, unless we have parent approval.

8. No cussing or using of vulgar language will be allowed in the lobby. The F. Word Will Not Be Allowed in any Form. .

9. Boosting is not allowed in the league..Boosting can be using a program to boost your rating, playing higher rating people over and over to boost your ratings, making another ID and playing it to boost your ratings.

10. There will be no bashing of other members in the lobby, doing so will earn you time in the penalty box. There will be no disrespecting TDs and TDs will not disrespect the members of this league. If you have a problem please take it to the IM box or invite to table.. If for some reason it cannot be worked out between the two then take it higher up the chain of staff. TDs and Members may go to HTDs or ADMIN.... HTDs and Members may come to ADMIN....

11. All decissions of a tournament is left to the TD in charge of the tournament.

12. Aimers or any automated device to help in winning games is not allowed in the league..This is a league for fun and not about ratings.

13. Safety shots and snookered shots are not allowed, if you are unsure of what a safety shot or snookered shot is please ask the TD in charge or another member of staff. Soft breaks are not allowed. .

14. Good sportsmanship is required in this league....This includes telling your opponent GL and GG at the table....Please report your win or lost in lobby after game this way.... won/or lost....ty (name of opponent) gg.

15. The first person called in a pairing will make the table and invite their opponent....There are no force forfeits in this league, doing so will automatic give you a DQ for the game.

16. We have a 5 min. timer for everyone to get to their table, 7 minutes for finals ...There are no exceptions because Yahoo gets all of us at times......You have two time outs in a DE before you are out of the tournament.

17. Players are permitted to play on multiple tables during a tournament as long as it doesnt hold up the tourney. If the td incharge feels that you are holding the tourney up they may ask you to close the table failure to do so will result in disqualification.

18. All league matches and all league challenges must be played in our lobby of Blurry
