Case's Ladder, founded in February 1996, is the leader in Internet gaming Ladders, Leagues, and Tournaments. We offer a fair and fun environment to socialize while you play your favorite game, while keeping track of the statistics you obtain! Case's Ladder has one of the simplest ranking systems ever used for competitive play. We call it a "Ladder" because each member holds a unique rank or "rung" that represents their standing among other members. The highest-ranked member holds the #1 Ladder position; someone ranked #2 is ranked below the #1 member. The goal is to "climb" the Ladder all the way to the top! When you first join you are placed in an "unranked" category on the Ladder, and you become "ranked" after winning your first Ladder match. When you defeat a higher-ranked member, you move up in rank half the distance between their rank and your own. For example, if you are ranked #50 and you defeat the #1-ranked member, then your new rank would be #25. Your rank on the Ladder does not go down if you lose a match unless your opponent is ranked DIRECTLY below you. When members ranked below you are victorious against members ranked above you, it's possible the member will jump over you in rank and you will move down one rung.

Case's Ladders are professionally-managed and maintained by our Staff. We offer hundreds of Ladders for a wide-range of games at various gaming sites. For a complete list of official Case's Ladders, click here. MyLeagues are powered by Case's Ladder, but are user-managed Leagues and are maintained by private individuals. Because MyLeagues are user-operated, the creator (Head Administrator) of the League determines the rules for their League and has complete autonomy over how the League is managed. Rules
Welcome to Our League.
Most of our Rules are simple.
Laddering
You may ladder at anytime with any member. Ladders must be done in one of our league rooms. While laddering your game may not be rated. The non-winner is to report the ladder match as soon as it has ended.

TOURNAMENTS

At no time is arguing or bad mouthing or drama permitted in the lobby or outside a tour. If you have a dispute take it to a table or in private chat, ask the host of the tournament to join you to help resolve it. If you start arguing in the lobby and the host has to repeatedly ask you to stop you can be boxed. If a situation can not be resolved with the td email any admin we will look into it.

TDs are in charge of tournaments that they set. Make sure and read the rules they run in the lobby. You must follow their table settings and rules. Formats are usually posted somewhere on the tournament page. If you don't like the format the TD has set up wait for the next tournament. As we try to hold a variety so everyone will be happy

if you get boot please hurry back as fast as you can, there will be no make up games,

If you register for more than one tournament you may be taking a chance on being dqed. As tournaments will start on time if there is enough signed in for it.

Always be polite don't argue with non-members in the lobby. Mute them. If things get to bad the TD will ask you to report them please do this. As this helps the league and the players have a nice environment to play in.

Please always be a good loser and a gracious winner. As this will always make it pleasant for other players. And make you as a person look good.

Any profane, unacceptable, or harassing language WILL NOT be permitted. You will get 3 warnings from the td. Then you will be reported to the admin team. You could and will be boxed for this.(see boxing below)

Keep all conversation in the lobby as clean as possible. These are public rooms and we do have people in there of all ages. As well we have members of all ages. We like to cut up and act goofy. This is acceptable. But please refrain from hurting anyoneâ€^TMs feelings.

Have fun that is the main thing. Ask questions if you have them, this is how you learn things. Make suggestions, we need your ideas and suggestions to make it a better league. We are here for the members.
