1. All PCI members must have at least 20 games played on the league they are representing.
2. Your name must match your home league's name. Players will be checked and must be active on their respective league. League initials MUST be in front of league name and initials in CAPS. Example: Kimpmike would be FPKimpmike. If you do not know your league initials, don't hesitate to ask any PCI admin or your league representative.
3. 5 people per league are allowed in singles, 6 in doubles (3 teams).
4. Players in the same household ARE NOT allowed to be partners in doubles.
5. When signing up for doubles, please sign up as Tora1, Tora2, and Tora3 so that all three team names appear together on the teams list on tourney page. This makes it easier for the hosts to keep track of everyone and their respective leagues.
6. For any new leagues wanting to join PCI you must have 100 active playing members in your league, (as appear on Standings Page) and maintain legitimate activity for a period of 3 months.
7. To maintain your position in PCI you must maintain an active league. Any league not participating in PCI for a period of 3 months will be removed.
8. All leagues are required to Host either Singles or Doubles.
9. NO multi-gaming leagues allowed.


1. There is to be no fighting in the tourney rooms or at tables. If you have an issue with someone, please take it up in private or talk to the TD or an Admin. Please be aware that you may have to wait until the tourney is over until you can talk to the TD.
2. Absolutely NO cussing at or being rude to other league members.
3. Rude behavior and poor sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated.


1. Tables are set as 121, unrated, allow watchers at table (do not allow to see hands). NO PASSWORDS on tables. Games are set with NO timers.
2. Boot or No Show Timers are 10 minutes. Three timers allowed per tourney. On the 4th one, the player is DQ'ed.
3. Pairings are played as they come up. You do not have to wait for Round 1 to finish before starting Round 2.
4. Timers can be called as needed. It is not necessary to wait for the previous round to be over.
