Tookus: Thank you for taking the time to reply... I like your comment about limiting the times, but I also understand that may not be fair to members who enjoy tournaments... There are usually between 60 to 80 people in the rooms from 7 to 11 pm est, by limiting the number of teams based on a ratio between the number of people in the room 30 minutes prior to the start time would allow everyone an opportunity to play.
