room problems

Anyone know how I can get in room? I keep getting "Failed to recieve reply..." My Active X is all on Enable and my windows firewall is off and so is my McAfee...I do have wireless, but it's worked before but I haven't played in awhile. Anyone know how i can get in and play some??
