Ifor one, and I believe my opinion is shared by many,believe that games played at low tables tend to be very loppy. It is not a matter of winning or losing, but whether it is a fun game. Today I won a game by over 300 points and lost one by over 400 points. Neither was a competitive game and neither envoled any skill. There seems to be a feeling that playing on the low tables will solve the problem of used tables being dropped by the winner when they lose in a later round. As far as I can see the problem continues whether we play on the low ones or block them out. In either case the used tables are still being droppped.If this is true I for one would rather see the low tables blocked and more games that are competitive, fun and bring skill into play.
