I myself made the decision to let dodge rejoin im sorry if this causes upset amongst some of you.In fact it was my fault for not pre-warning you all.

Please understand I know of past bans on him and I can reassure you this wasn't an easy decision to make because I feel I want to honour PB and her decisions made on this subject.
I hold a lot of regard for PB and always will so this is in no way about past decision making its about making a decision right now and the buck stops with me to make it.

I have taken on this role as Head Admin and I feel I have to give everyone a clean slate i can't hold members to ransom over the past its not in me to do that.I've always been fair and honest about what I do from being a member to Hosting and to Admin.The league will always come first there is no doubt about this and I have assurances from Dodge that he is only wanting to play pool, if he lets me down I will have no option but to remove him as i can only take a persons trust and hope he honours it.

I expect this from all members tho not just one member if there is any conflicts I will deal with all parties on an even playing field regardless of how long you have been a member, as Head Admin I have to be that bad guy to someone sometimes but I will be honest and truthful at all times, you wont get me saying one thing then doing another thats not how I work.
I can be seen as joyful Major always silly up for a laugh but I can be serious and its not a side i bring out much as life outside Poolbugs is serious enough.

I don't want to lose members over this or get into arguments all I ask is that you respect my decision and hopefully we can move on from this.
Dodge himself knows this would be his ultimate last chance.I have to give this chance to him to rest my own feelings on this matter if its the wrong choice of decision time will tell but thats my decision to make and will stand by it.

I will gladly take responses from this letter as I know its contoversial and will gladly talk it over with anyone privately if they so wish at a later date.

This is a public letter to all as i have not got the time at this moment to answer everyone seperate as it would be a long night with time difference.Its 23.10 as I write this letter so understand why I wont go into this too much tonight.
