    The facts are:
    1. Noone really gets promoted
    2. No inactive staff gets demoted
    3. Too many Lobby/Table tourneys going on so it's confusing
    4. We have admins who havent ran a tourney in 5 months.
    5. There is tds who have ran 100s of trnys and deserve not only htd, but admin.
    6. If these suggestions don't happen, the league will idle out.
