*ALL TABLES ARE TO BE PROTECTED

2 vs 2 Best of Three
All tables are protected, rated tables. Games are to be played as regular 8 ball pool. Captain plays captain and their partners play each other. Both games are played at the same time on two different tables. If both players from the same team win, then that team advances to the next round. If one player from each team wins then the two winning players will play a deciding game, with the winner of that games team advancing. In the event of a timer, if a player times out the game is considered a loss and will be added to best of 3 record. Coaching is allowed unless otherwise specified by the TD. If coaching accusations are made, the TD must be invited to the table which may result in possible disqualification.

2 vs 2 Shoot Till You Miss
All tables are to be protected, unrated. Games are to be played as regular 8 ball pool. Teams choose who shoots first. Should one team member time out, that team member's turn is skipped and the other team shoots. The team member that times out is d/qd from the remainder of the tournament. The remaining partner is then eligible to finish the rest of the game. Timers are to be 5 mins for every round. Coaching is allowed unless otherwise specified by the TD. If coaching accusations are made, the TD must be invited to the table which may result in possible disqualification.

2 vs 2 Shoot and Stand
All tables are to be protected, unrated. Games are to be played as regular 8 ball pool. Matches are best of 3. Teams choose who shoots first. Team members shoot one time, stand, and this will continue until the game is complete. In the event of a timer of player whose turn it is, timer will be placed. During this timer, team member should begin looking for another partner, any member in the league. If the hosting TD is NOT in the tournament, he/she will automatically fill in position and continue playing 2v2. If TD is in the tournament, the league member found will play and continue tournament. Coaching is allowed unless otherwise specified by the TD. If coaching accusations are made, the TD must be invited to the table which may result in possible disqualification.

69 Seconds
ALL Matches are played on a Protected Training Table Hosted by the TD.
First name in pairings shoots first. The TD will run a 69 second timer You sit and shoot as many balls in as you can in that time limit! If you scratch on the break or at anytime the cue ball is placed behind the line and you continue to shoot. When timer is up you stand and your opponent sits and follows same rules. The PLAYER that pots the MOST BALLS Advances

Anything Goes
Rated Table
Played like Reg 8 with one exception. Anything Yahoo allows is allowed in this tourneys which include snookers/safeties and taking BIH after break if you pot both solids and stripes.

Arabian
Rated Table
Played as regular 8 ball. Except BEFORE match starts your opponent will call the pocket that you have to make the 8 in. This remains the designated pocket for you for the remainder of the game.

Bank One Ball [and call it]
Rated Table
You get to choose which ball you want to bank in this tourney. You MUST CALL the ball and pocket it before banking for it to count. Example: Red, top right. You can change the ball you want to bank if you miss as many times as you want. CUE BANKS DO NOT COUNT.

Bank 8
Rated Table
Played the same as a regular game. Bank 8 only when on the 8 ball to win

Bank 8 and Cue
Rated Table
Bank either the 8 ball into the pocket or the cue ball into the 8 (and into the pocket). Failure to do so is a loss. Short banks do not count (must bank off an opposite rail).

Bank 8 + Last Pocket
Rated Table
Bank either the 8 ball or cue ball into the 8 ball in the last pocket your color ball went into. Failure to do so is a loss. Short banks do not count (must bank off an opposite rail).

Bank 8 Suicide
Unrated Table
Played the same as Suicide. Sink the 8 ball ASAP off break, but you MUST bank it off the opposing rail to do so. You cannot use your opponents ball to combo the 8 ball in, using your own is fine. This tourney has a NO BIH rule applied.

Bank All Shots
Rated Table
All shots must be a bank shot, cue or otherwise. If a ball is potted that was not banked, BIH must be given to their opponent unless one is banked on the same shot.

Bank Cue Only
Rated Table
Played the same as a regular game. Bank cue ball (white) only when on the 8 ball to win.

Bank Robbery
Rated Table
No bank shots are allowed at any time including the cue ball being banked into a ball. Accidental banks do not count as banks and you have to tap and give Ball in Hand to your opponent if this occurs. However, if you make a regular shot and another ball falls in after hitting a rail, it is allowed.

Banks & Combos
Rated Table
For every shot done in this tourney, it must include a bank shot or a combo shot to be accepted. If ANY shots are not at least a bank or a combo that drop in, you MUST tap ball back to opponent and lose that turn.

Bank Specific Color
Rated Table
You must bank the color ball the TD specifies. If your opponent makes that ball for you or you make that ball on the break then you do not have to bank. Otherwise, you must bank or you lose! Cue banks are not allowed on the color ball you must bank.

Bar Pool
Rated Table
If scratch, opponent must only have BIH behind the line and shoot up table. BIH on table anywhere else is NOT ALLOWED. If you pot 8 off the break its an automatic win.

Black & Blue
Rated Table
Played like Regular 8 Ball. 8 ball must be sunk in the same pocket as your blue ball. Please state the pocket when your blue is sunk to avoid confusion. The blue ball may be sunk any time during the game.

BlackJack

Training Table . Object is similar to the card game. Closest to 21 without going over wins. Points are as follows: yellow=1, blue=2, red=3, purple=4, orange=5, green=6, pink=7, black=8 or 11, all stripes=1. Breaks do not count.

Bootem
Practice Table - TD Invites
This is played at a training table whereby the TD will invite all the players to the table. The rotation goes in alphabetical order. The TD breaks and then its player 1s turn. They sit at the table, click the cue, and shoot. Shoot once and stand. If you miss, you are booted.
On scratch shots the cue ball can be placed anywhere on table (BIH).

Bootem - Black Last
Practice Table - TD Invites
Played the same as regular Bootem, exception is to sink the 8 ball (black) last on the table. Failure will result in a boot from the Bootem and d/q from tourney.

Bootem - 2 Life Magic Bootem
Practice Table - TD Invites
Played like a reg Bootem except each person has two lives. If you miss, you lose a life.
If you pot the 8, you choose someone from the Bootem to lose a life.

Bootem - Magic 8
Practice Table - TD Invites
Played the same as Bootem. Except one flaw, any opponent who sinks the 8 ball may choose any of the remaining opponents to be booted from the tourney.

Bootem - Bomb
Practice Table - TD Invites

Played the same as Bootem. Except one flaw. The 8 ball (black) acts as a bomb and is placed just below the top center pocket. The "bomb" must remain untouched.

Bootem - Mole
Practice Table - TD Invites
Played like a Bootem's weakest link BUT when to people are in the hot seat (put in hot seat when you miss or scratch instead of being booted and do not shoot again unless your still there after the voting, when the voting thing happens only 1 person votes, that person is the mole. The mole is selected by the TD and only the TD and the mole know who the mole is of course. If you are selected to be booted you have 20secs to guess who the mole is (CANT be the TD) if you guess correctly the mole will be booted instead of you, If the mole is booted the TD will pick a new one. You will have 30secs to shoot when it is your turn to shoot, if you take longer you will be booted or put in the hot seat. If it is your turn and you do not shoot quick enough because you have no ping there will be a 2/3min timer set on you (TD decides). Last thing, if the person after the TD does not like the break given, the may request a new break. The last 4 players remaining will play a normal bootem.

Bootem - Weakest Link

Practice Table - TD Invites
Played like a bootem BUT when you miss/scratch you are not booted, you get put in the hot seat and do not shoot again unless your still there after the voting, when 2 people miss they are in the hot seat, then everyone else tells the TD who they want voted out/booted in a private message to the TD. Whoever has the most votes gets booted (YOU ARE THE WEAKEST LINK, GOODBYE)...If there is a tie in the votes, the 2 players in the hot seat will play a bootem between them only and the 1st to miss will be booted. You will have 30secs to shoot when it is your turn to shoot, if you take longer you will be booted or put in the hot seat. If it is your turn and you do not shoot quick enough because you have no ping there will be a 2/3min timer set on you (TD deicides). Last thing, if the person after the TD does not like the break given, the may request a new break. The last 4 players remaining will play a normal bootem.

Bootem - Progressive
Practice Table - TD Invites
This is played at a training table whereby the TD will invite all the players to the table. The rotation goes in alphabetical order. The TD breaks and then its player 1s turn. They sit at the table, click the cue, and shoot. For the first sitting, you must pot one ball. For the second sitting, you must pot two balls. For the third sitting, you must pot 3 balls, etc. If you miss, you are booted. On scratch shots the cue ball can be placed anywhere on table (BIH).

Bootem - Reserve
Practice Table - TD Invites
This is played at a training table whereby the TD will invite all the players to the table. The rotation goes in reverse alphabetical order (z-a). The TD breaks and then its player 1s turn. They sit at the table, click the cue, and shoot. Shoot once and stand. If you miss, you are booted. On scratch shots the cue ball can be placed anywhere on table (BIH).

Bootem - Baseball
Practice Table - TD Invites
Played the same as Bootem. Except you get 3 misses, 3 strikes your out!

Bottemless
Rated Table
Played the same as regular 8 ball with the exception of no balls can be potted in the bottom pockets. If a ball is potted in the bottom pockets, you must tap and give BIH.

Call A Friend
Unrated Table
Played like a regular 8 tourney, until finals. You may choose anyone from the current tourney who was already eliminated to play for them (top bracket chooses first). They must report it as a league game as soon as the game is over.

Call All Shots
Rated Table
Before you shoot, you must call what ball pocket you are trying for. If you do not make your shot, but pocket another ball instead, you must tap cue ball, giving opponent ball in hand. Combo shots do not have to be announced (ex:striped red to solid blue to striped pink bottom right) just announce "Pink Bottom Right". The only instance that you would have to announce "striped" or "solid" is before the balls are selected.

Crazy 8
Rated Table
Played exactly the same way as a regular 1v1 tournament, except when a person gets to the 8. Before they shoot, they have to wait for their opponent to say what pocket they have to hit it in, then that is the pocket designated for the 8 for them for the duration of the game.

Default Pocket
Rated Table
Regular 8 except the 8 ball must be pocketed into the default Yahoo pocket (top middle where the arrow is by default).

Dirty Pool
Rated Table
Played like regular 8 but with a twist. You must Bank 8/Q into top middle or bottom middle
pockets only. You cannot attempt the same pocket twice. You must alternate between top and
bottom pockets.

Dynamite Fire and Smoke
Unrated Table
FIRE is the red ball and SMOKE is the black ball. You have to sink the RED ball FIRST and the BLACK 8 ball LAST. Break does not count but if you sink any ball in before the RED first or BLACK last then you lose. No Ball in Hand is allowed unless opponent scratches.
On a scratch, you may use Ball in Hand but only in the "kitchen" (to the left of the line on the table) and you must shoot at balls outside of the "kitchen" (to the right of the line). NOTE: If there are no balls to the right of the line, you must hit the cue ball out of the "kitchen" (bank) before it can touch a ball.

First Pocket
Rated Table
Shoot the 8 into the pocket your first ball went into (whether you shot it or not). Make sure you call your pocket right after your first ball is sunk so there is clarity between you and your opponent.

Flawless
Rated Table
First person to give Ball in Hand to opponent loses (by scratching or hitting their ball first). If this occurs, you must cancel the game. The match is played like a regular 8 ball game if a flaw does not occur.

Flip Flop
Rated Table
Played like reg 8 with a twist. If you sink a ball in any of the 3 top pockets, your next ball must be potted in the bottom 3 pockets. Flip flop your shots. If you pot in the wrong pocket, BIH must be given to your opponent.

Forbidden Pocket
Rated Table
The object of this game is to clean the table along the Regular 8 rules. The difference is the TD will announce a pocket at the beginning of the tourney that you are NOT allowed to shoot at. If you do so, on accident or on purpose, you lose.

Four Corners
Rated Table
You must pocket all balls into the 4 corner pockets. In other words, you cannot use the two middle pockets! If you make one in the middle, you must tap to your opponent and give them Ball in Hand. If you make one in the middle while making one of yours in the corner, then you can continue shooting.

Four Play
Rated Table
Tourney is based on Regular 8 Rules. Before the break, each person must pick two pockets where their opponent CANNOT sink any balls into. If an opponent accidentally sinks into one or both the designated pockets where they are not allowed, then the player must tap cue ball and give the opponent Ball in Hand.

Frozen Cue Ball
Rated Table
At no time may you ever move the cue ball, no ball in hand, shoot from where Yahoo puts the ball, moving the stick, and English are allowed.

Full English
Rated Table
You must use full English on all shots. English must be set at 12 oclock. At the very top. Then you shoot. Failing to have correct English, will result in you giving Ball in Hand to your opponent by slightly tapping the cue.

Full Power
Rated Table
You MUST use full power on all shots. That is the power bar at maximum power allowed. Please be sure your opponent sees your power bar before shooting.
THE BAR MUST BE IN FULL RED BEFORE SHOOTING, AND OPPONENT MAY ONLY THEN SAY OK TO SHOOT. If you forget, you must tap and give opponent Ball in Hand.

Guys & Gals
Rated Table
Guys must sink the blue ball last / Gals must sink the pink ball last before you go for the 8. If you sink your blue/pink ball while you have other balls on the table, you lose the game. If you sink your opponents blue/pink ball at any time, you lose as well.

High / Low
Rated Table
Player with stripes must play their balls in the top three pockets. Player with solids must shoot all balls in bottom three pockets. 8-ball must be played in opponents center pocket.

Inviters Choice
Practice/Rated/Unrated Table [tourney depends]
Player in the top bracket on tournament standings gets to choose the game format. TD must approve if it is not a common format.

Killer
Practice Table
Each player starts with three lives. If there is nothing made on the break, you get one more shot. Take only one shot per turn. You may hit any ball or combination of balls or banks. If no ball is potted on your turn, then you lose one life. Then stand and allow your opponent to sit.
Missing a shot is a loss of life; a scratch is the loss of 2 lives. Do not move the white any other time. The only player with one or more lives left wins and advances to the next round.

Ladies & Gents
Rated Table
"LADIES PUT 8 IN ANY CORNER MEN MUST BANK THE 8"

Last Pocket
Rated Table
Shoot the 8 ball into the pocket your last ball went into (whether you shot it or not). Make sure to call your pocket right after your last ball is sunk so there is clarity between you and your opponent.  If 8 ball is hanging in a pocket it's an automatic re-rack.

Last Pocket - Reversed
Rated Table
You play as you would for a regular Last Pocket game. When it gets down to your last pocket, it is reversed. Bottom Left = Top Right, Top Left = Bottom Right, Top Middle = Bottom Middle and visa versa. If 8 ball is hanging in a pocket it's an automatic re-rack.

Mystery 8
Rated Table
Played like Reg 8 with a twist - when you are on the 8, you must ask the TD - in the lobby - what pocket the 8 must be potted in. This will remain the same throughout the remainder of the match.

Musical Chairs
Unrated Table
Regular 8. At any time the TD will come to your table and say "switch"; and you and your opponent switch seats and continue playing. The TD may show up more than once, or not at all you never know.

Nerve Racker
Practice Table
Object of the game is to clear the table faster than your opponent. Both opponents will make a training table and invite each other. Place one table over the other so that you can see opponents table as well as your own. When both are ready, announce in lobby. TD will count down from 3 to GO! No ball in Hand to be used apart from break. If you scratch, place the cue ball behind the line and continue shooting.First to clear the table wins. When you have finished, go to opponents table and type in DONE!

No English
Rated Table
Do not use English for any shots including the break. If you use it by accident, you must tap and give your opponent Ball in Hand. If you use it on the 8 ball, you lose.

Perfect English
Training Table
First in vs invites and shoots frist rack. Arrange balls in 5 vertical rows of 3 all evenly spaced, one ball will be in front of each pocket, 8 ball in center of table, the remaining balls have no order. You may place the "Q" ball anywhere to begin. No ball in hand. Your can not touch another ball other than the one your shooting at, no combo shots, your turn ends if you touch another ball or if you miss. Add all shots made and enter in table chat box. Next player sits resets the table and shoots. Both players shoot 2 racks and add totals, highest # wins.

Pick Your Pocket
Rated Table
You pick the pocket at the beginning of the game where you are to hit the 8 ball at the end of the game. Both players MAY choose the same pocket.

P.O.O.L.
Training Table
Sit and stand rule applies. Object is like Bootem, each opponent will shoot once (top bracket ID begins match). If you do not sink or you scratch a ball, you get a letter P. Continue on until an opponent spells P-O-O-L. Whomever spells P-O-O-L first loses the match Breaks do not count.

Poster Bed
Rated Table
Just like Regular 8 Ball EXCEPT you must make the 8 ball in a corner pocket. If the 8 ball is lodged in side pocket, call TD to the table for possible rerack.

Red Ball Last
Rated Table
Played like Regular 8. Object is to sink the red colored ball as your last colored ball before the 8 ball. If you sink that color early in the match, yours or your opponent's, it is a loss. In that case, quit and cancel your match with opponent.

Regular 8
Rated Table
Normal game of pool.

Rack N Run [RNR]
Practice Table
It does not matter who goes first, but if you can not decide the player with the higher yahoo rating chooses who shoots first. Player 1 sits and breaks as normal (random, from the left of the line). Continue shooting until the player misses or scratches. The total number of balls sunk is the players score for that turn. Number of racks to be announced by the TD. The player with the higher score advances.
There are 2 styles to RNR:   Full Rack = IF you complete a full rack, you stand and let opponent shoot. If tie, continue with a new match of RNR  Continuous = Continuous Rack is where if you complete a full rack, you may rerack and carry onwards until you have scratched or missed shot. Although, you MUST sink the next ball on break from a new rack.

Rack N Run [Prison]
Practice Table
Same as regular RnR except you can only pot stripes! Break does not count as a shot. If
you don't make a stripe, your turn is over. Once all 7 stripes are potted, you must pot the
8 then you may start a a new rack.

Scrambled Eggs
Unrated Table
The cue ball can be placed anywhere on the table to start (including to the right of the line). No Ball in Hand after your break. Object of the game is to make all the balls one by one without ever touching another ball. If another ball is touched at any time during your shot, your turn is over. Count the amount of balls you sunk MINUS the one you made when another ball was touched. The next player re-sets the table and has their turn. The player that pots the most balls wins. This can be 1, 2, or 3 rounds (determined by the TD).

Screw Thy Neighbor
Rated Table
Played like Crazy 8 cept the pocket for the 8 to be potted in changes with each attempt.

Seek & Destroy
Practice Table
Opponent nominates any ball they like on the table. Then the player sitting has to pot that ball in the least amount of shots. Opponent must count each shot typing it in the room. If you pot both the target ball and the white in the same shot, the target ball is respotted and the white placed behind the line (counts as a foul). The winner is the one with the least amount of shots taken to pot their target ball.  Fouls are as follows: 1 point added to total per scratch.

Suicide

Unrated Table
The FIRST player to pot the 8 ball, AFTER solids or stripes is determined wins. If you SCRATCH when you sink the 8, it is a LOSS. If you sink the 8 ball on the break, it is a rerack no exceptions.   There are 2 styles to Suicide:   BIH = Ball In Hand Allowed.   NO BIH = No Ball In Hand Allowed. If in this case, you must place cue ball back in same position as it was layed, or you will be forfeited upon TD's decision.

Suicide - Bank 8
Unrated Table

Same rules as a regular suicide except you have to bank the 8 ball or the cue into the 8 ball to win.

Topless
Rated Table
Played the same as regular 8 ball with the exception of no balls can be potted in the top pockets. If a ball is potted in the top pockets, you must tap and give BIH.

Traffic Lights
Unrated Table
You must pot the Green, Yellow, and Red balls in that order then pot the 8. The first to do these 4 in order will win. If wanted, you may make other balls also. If you make one of your balls out of order, you lose. If your opponent makes one of those balls for you, you can skip it. (Example: If opponent makes yellow, you go green, red black)

Triple Threat Suicide
Unrated Table
Just the same as Suicide, one flaw is that the TD will name two color balls, only way to win is if you sink both the color balls at any time, then go for the 8 ASAP. If you are solids/stripes, you must ONLY sink the two colors as you are either solids/stripes.
You MAY NOT sink the 8 ball before the two colored balls given for the tourney. If so, it is game win to opponent.

Underneath
Rated Table
The twist to this trny is you must sink the 8 ball underneath your yahoo id and avatar. Example: If you are on the left you must sink the 8 in the top left pocket. Your opponent if on the right..must sink the 8 ball in top right pocket Any other pocket and YOU LOSE!

V Shaped Tourney
Rated Table
You may only make balls in the Top Left, Bottom Middle and Top Right pockets (V-Shape). If a ball goes into a wrong pocket (without one going into the V also, you must tap and give opponent Ball in Hand.

Who Do You Trust
Unrated Table
Played like a regular game of pool (type determined by TD) with one exception. When you are on the 8, you must ask a fellow league member to shoot it for you.
