RULES & PRIZES

The 12 Days of Christmas Contest (the Contest) is open to all members of Stargazers in good standing. The Contest awards a Day of Christmas (Day) to members for each tourney they participate in during the Contest. Each tourney has been randomly assigned a Day. The goal is to complete as many Sets of 12 Days as possible. The tourney schedule may be viewed HERE

The Contest will run through midnight 24 December 2010. All tourneys on Christmas Eve are Wildcard tourneys. Play and win a Day you need. Tournaments included in the Contest will be all "even-hour" tourneys from 10 AM to Midnight each day. The 8 tourneys each day will be 10 AM, Noon, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM, 10 PM & Midnight. The type of game does not matter for the Contest.

Days will be awarded as follows:

• Participate in a tourney and receive the Day represented by that tourney.


• The same Day may be earned multiple times by playing in multiple tourneys.


• Days will be awarded for entirely completed tourneys only.


• Substitutes who sit an entire tourney will receive the Day for that tourney.


• Players and substitutes for partial games or tourneys are not eligible for Days.


• TDs will be awarded the Day assigned to the tourney they direct.

TD's should notify tropical_stargazer@yahoo.com for member & TD substitution credits. Do not send this information by IM because not all offlines are received.

Those members with completed sets of 12 Days will be awarded LadderBux as follows:

• Set 1 of 12 Days = 500 LadderBux.


• Set 2 of 12 Days = 1000 LadderBux.


• Set 3 of 12 Days = 1500 LadderBux.


• Set 4-8 of 12 Days = 2000 LadderBux for each Set.


• Play in all the tourneys and win over 13,000 LadderBux!!


• Additional prizes to be determined.

Days will be tracked by Terry (tropical_stargazer) and posted by RANK and ALPHA. Any challenges to the accuracy of the posted data should be sent to tropical_stargazer@yahoo.com for Admin review. Unreported "sub credits" should be coordinated through the TD in charge of the tourney in which you subbed. All Admin decisions are final.

Members are not allowed to share their ID with anyone else, including same household persons. Any ID used by anyone other than the member will forfeit all Days awarded and be banned from the Contest.

Cheating will forfeit all Days awarded and result in a ban from the Contest along with the existing league rules for cheating. All league rules apply to all tourneys included in the Contest.

Withdrawal from Stargazers automatically forfeits all Days awarded prior to withdrawal. Actions resulting in being removed and/or banned from Stargazers forfeits all Days awarded prior to the removal/ban.
