TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES

We will be starting as posted on the calendar as a courtesy to others  already
present and registered.  Exception may be any pairs tourney where we need 8 in the room

 as soon as 8 are present the host will remove those not present  and start the tourney.

       Report your score and/or win or lose at the end of each match
depending on tournament type.  Failure to post could cost you the round.

    Please no chat during score posting. TD will post Got Em, TY  etc  when they
are done. Then chat can resume. 

      Please write your score and opponents scores down in case of a
discrepancy or error. (mistakes do happen) 

        Please wait for TD to announce the WINNERS and always stay present
to answer the AGREE, Correct,  Any ?, Any recount.  

      Everyone should answer this! Do so with yes for agree and NO for
disagree (you may use caps). 

        If you do not answer the TD, they may post the wrong winner and if
you have not answered, it will be considered your error the wrong winner was
posted, not the TD's.
you need to be prompt with any disagreement once TD has posted partners for
next round there will NOT be any corrections. 

       Please let the TD announce the tournament WINNER before you
congratulate them and as a courtesy to the winner of the tournament PLEASE
do not leave until you have congratulated them.
