  My youngest daughter Frances has gone missing. I'm not getting much help from my local police department so I'm going to my friends, league members, and anyone who can hear me. Frances Marie Cohen disappeared 10/6 and no one has heard from her. She's 20 years old, from Ishpeming, Michigan. She was last known to be in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on the north side. She has a tattoo on her left breast and one on her right ankle and one on her left shoulder. She also has a noticible scar on her forhead from an injury as a child. She has a street name of Kat. I, Mary Adams, haven't heard or seen from her since 10/6. She went down to a boyfriend's house, and her belongings were left there when she disappeared. Yes, police have been called, just waiting for my local police to quit dragging their feet and get this going. She not answering a cell phone which is operating properly, she's not responding to text messages and she has never done anything like this before. She didn't leave angry, as she had jobs lined up, had a car coming her way, and I, her mother, made sure I said good words and wished her luck and have a safe trip when she left on 10/2/2009. Please do what you can to help me find my daughter.   Good news everyone. My daughter has been found and she is safe. We can all breath a big sigh of relief that she is ok. She will call me at a later date with details, but at least she's safe and sound.

    UPDATE ON FRANCES: She was arrested for retail fraud on 10/7 but they let her go, so at least we have something happening. The detective will check out adresses tomorrow, as the one she gave was in the middle of the VA. We are hoping it won't be long and she will be found, but still it's a week ago that this happened and no contact in a week. I'll keep you posted.

      The Milwaukee PD and the FBI have been notified and the search is on full steam. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. I am so fearful for her safety and her well being. Thank you so very much.
