- Starting Tourneys On Time View

I don't know what all the problems are but tourneys starting 15 mins late than what they are suppose to. The tourney had 5 in tourney and 15 mins later still not started yet . Why all the problems ????? If the was suppose to start @ 10:15 why not start it if you have enough instead of just sitting around and waiting another 15 mins later . If the TD didn't want to start till 10:30 why didn't he change the time @ 10:10 instead of making everyone keep waiting ????
It really shows me the TD's don't care what time they start ,even when they have enough and the TD is in there talking and they still wait 15 mins later than what the calendar says they are suppose to start.
