Global Warming is the also biggest redistribution of wealth scam, among its many other largest designations, the goal is to take wealth from the industrial countries and give it to the poor countries. The African nations simply want more money to come their way and want the UN to have the power to take it from the wealthy countries to give to them.

Needless to say, most of these African nations are not democratically elected governments, but are socialist or dictatorships.
