I dunno who Rhonda is, however fair enuff,is there a manual or a list of said rules where its written clearly, so that a player may view them?
: Oops! Looks like I made a mistake. Rhonda just pointed out to me that I misunderstood something. On Case's Ladders, the e-mail is only required when a warning or penalty is being issued. So, you only get e-mailed if you're getting a warning or a penalty regarding your post. However, they don't necessarily send out e-mails in other situations. :)
