i read the post about premium membership response time and many months ago i forgot to add donation buxx to a tourney $ i was responded to by the next day or 2 and problem was fixed...so hats off to the response team...THANKYOU
suggestion is ok lets says a Td accidentally advanced the wrong player
and moved on to next rnd,well we cant fix it and it has to be sent to support to have it fixed.why do they NEVER fix it? i won a tourney an the Td goofed,,been over 2 months and still not fixed by cases, i know this because i also would have been awarded the 1,000 buxx for winning the tourney.
is there anyway an admin on a league can have access to correcting the errors when someone is advanced who should not have been? i am sure this would solve the problem for any league when a Td accidntally does this
