TD Support does their best to process every Tourney Fix request that they receive. They process them in the order in which they were received (with Plus Leagues getting priority, as one of their Plus Features). It is the responsibility of the League Staff to contact tourney support so that these changes can be made.
Although you were not specific in your post, I believe that I have located the tournament to which you are referring. I see that on May 31st, IsCraZZZyHere sent in a support mail requesting that the tournament information be corrected for a tournament that you would have actually won. Tazer responded within 24 hours of us receiving that mail and told IsCraZZZyHere that there was a problem with the information from his correction report. Tazer asked IsCraZZZyHere if he could resubmit his Tourney Correction request with all of the required information so that they could fix things.
I do not see any other mail from IsCraZZZyHere following that in our records, so it looks like he never sent Tazer the information that was requested. This is why the correction was never made. Also, it may be that because the tourney was 2 months ago that it is not possible to make the correction anymore. However, if you have your Admins send in a support mail, they can always ask and see if anything can be done.
As for your suggestion about letting League Staff do tournament corrections themselves, I'm afraid that as it stands now, it's simply not an option. Part of the "Tournament Correction" process is correcting LadderBux, and we simply can't allow Leagues access to that tool.
While I know that most Leagues would use the tool responsibly and not edit any LadderBux except to make legitimate corrections, there are still other Leagues who would abuse the tool just to inflate their members' LadderBux totals. As you can imagine, that would be disastrous for the LadderBux Redemption Center. If people were generating LadderBux without actually earning them, we'd have to close down the Redemption Center, because otherwise people could say "I am giving myself 50 million LadderBux. Now send me an XBox and a Laptop and a PS3."
So, while it's a nice idea in theory, I'm afraid that it's not something that we can practically implement. :)
