A further note about the year-count icons: they're actually going to be showing up before too much longer. They're almost done, and we plan to implement them when we make our big upgrade to the standings tool.
Unfortunately, I don't know exactly when that is going to happen, but I know it's something that is currently under development, so I'm hoping it won't be too far down the line. :)
