We need help, so why does cases refuse to help?????

Our Head Admin has be MIA since March 24, 08. Since that time we have tried several times to call him, we have sent e-mails, and yim/msn messages asking him to turn over the league if he no longers wants to be around. We have asked cases to help and their response (how lame it may be) if he chooses to be gone for a length of time thats his choice. In this length of time that he has been gone, I have changed id's twice, but yet I can not change it in my admin account. We have 2 admins that are no longer with the league, yet we can't remove them cause they elected not to remove themselves. We have had a few times we needed to file a complaint with cases, you know the drill only the HA can do that. But yet you tell us to sit and wait for him to come back, he may never come back and have no intentions of coming back. How are we suppose to run a league when we can't even do simple things like change our on ids? LOL, someone please tell me how smart this is.
