It seem that the Cases staff is a huge role in the league's failure. They sit by and do nothing. The HA is most likely dead. The HA account has not been logged in for 5 months.
I can tell you from experience that there was one HA of a league that disappeared suddenly. We all are sure he is dead. Cases gave the HA to another Admin.
It can be done! You just have to force Cases and contact legal attorney, if need to.
