Well it doesn't seem fair to me. This is not done for the beginning 10 tourneys, this is after they have ran those. A HTD does all the work except for creating the tourney and then the no show gets a tourney added to them. The no show TD should not get anything since she did nothing to earn it except create the tourney. If she is not going to show up to run it, she sure isn't going to do anything to promote. it. So a no show should get nothing.
