You can have the HA change your TD stats to having hosted 20 tourneys

Actually, you don't need swiss approval to host DEs. But, as Sxybr mentioned, you can just have the HA edit your TD stats to be greater than 20. And, if you want to make sure that your stats stay accurate, you can even just treat the stats as a "loan," so that once you have 20 real tourneys, you can reset your stats back to 20, so that they reflect the actual number.
