**In general** the rule is that LadderOps are required to take a voluntary rank reduction, aka VRR, when they have entered the top 25. Some Ladders may differ. Refer to your Ladder's Game-Specific Rules (GSRs) or contact support to ask if there is an exception on your Ladder.

For teams Ladders, LadderOps can be on a team of any rank, but if the LadderOp's team is in the Top 10, she/he may not handle complaints regarding teams in the Top 10.
