ActiveX Instructions (MUST use Internet Explorer)
1. Open IE browser.
2. Go to Tools > Internet Options.
3. Click Security tab.
4. Down near the bottom, click Custom Level button.
5. Scroll about 1/6 of the way down to the "ActiveX controls and plug-ins" section.
6. Scroll down a little more in that section to "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" and set that option to 'Prompt'.
7. Click OK at the bottom.
8. Click OK on the bottom of Internet Options.
9. Try CLO again.

If that doesn't work, please post again.
