I think a lot of people here know me a long time and for good and bad. Now i wanna stop smoking its a hard time for me. I just wanna say THANK YOU for all the support i get from a lot of people in our league.

  If this doesn't stop uoi nothing will: I quit a while back Nov.10th.2009 Marine Corps Birthday, So I would never forget the day.
  Since then my whole life has changed. I can go most anywhere, no restrictions about smoking now. (lol)
  About one week after I quit smoking 4 packs a day, my computer crashed. It seemed all the memory was melted into the slots where the card slides in. The tech asked me if the computer was ever in a fire. I said no. When I looked at it I suddenly realized what caused it. It was all 4 years of nicotine that had corroded the computer.
  The computer was 4 years old when the cancer appeared.
  Can you imagine what this does to your body?
  All I can say is since I quit all the problems I was having with my body are 99% gone. My blood work came back to almost normal for a man of 50 years old. I will be 70 in July and have never felt better.
  I only wish you all would read this and follow my lead. Get out and walk, eat more natural foods, get away from the computer. There is a world out there.

      I had just quit back in june. So not that long ago but i have to say i feel alot better now. So it is not impossible. Good Luck and hang in there.
