Top ten members are permitted to wait up to 15 minutes for their rank threatening match, provided both members are in the room. This must be stated in the lobby.

The rules say you can wait to play your defend game for up to 15 minutes and decline challenges from others during this 15 minutes. It does not say that you can ask again and restart the clock.

If the 15 minutes has lapsed and you have not started your defend game then you can still wait for the defend game but you must accept challenges from other players ranked lower than you.

Do not post the time for another 15 minute grace period.
