- When Tables Are Made Wrong View

We take a table. Our opponent joins us.The top person makes the tourney game in plain sight of the other.
We play.
The game ends and oh, oh!
The wrong kind of game was made.
It doesn't matter. The score stands and the game is over.
The reason we don't replay it is mostly because of time.
There are people waiting or another tourney is waiting for you.
We can't make everybody wait and throw the tight schedule off because you both made a mistake. It is not fair and it is not the waiting people's fault. You both had all game to see the error with four eyeballs and you didn't.
Thus the score stands and the game is over. That may ruffle some feathers but no one likes to wait. I hear it all the time when people have to.
So, if a table is made wrong and no one sees it before the game ends, the final score is the result. If you see it earlier, then you can of course --- if you want --- begin again.
But not if it has ended. It is done.
