I would like you to look at my stats I am a gold member and it keeps track of everyone I play. Ive laddered 30 times since 12/23. 12/23 I played 4 games had 3 rank changes all changes in rank lowered my rank. 12/24 I played 4 games with 2 rank change all lowered my rank. 12/25 I didnt ladder Xmas day. 12/26 I ladered 3 games and moved to rank 6 Two rank changes. 12/27 I laddered 6 times with no rank change. 12/28 I laddered 5 times with one rank change to #3. 12/29 I ladder 4 games as # 3 and when I came on you guys say I didnt defend my rank and bump me to the very end of the ladder. I do not Leapfrog I dont select out players to play. I dont cheat in anyway shape or form. Ive researched my playing just to see if I might have done something wrong. I HAVE NOT

As far as I can see if you kicked Dave and Steve #1 and #2 #3 which is me should be back at #1.
I dont know dave or steve that well and if you kicked them they may have did something wrong. But I on the other hand did nothing wrong.

The rules state and I QUOTE" Leapfrogging:
Players in the Top Ten should try to play the person ranked directly below
them at least once every three days. If you are found to be avoiding
challenges that put your rank at risk your account will be penalized.
I would like to point out the words TRY TO PLAY THE PERSON DIRECTLY BELOW
YOU. In this regard I'm on cases every day and ladder everyone I possibly
can. The words Id like to point out are: IF YOUR FOUND AVOIDING A CHALLENGE.
This is an outrage, I come on and ladder every single person that wants to
ladder. I even Ladder the maps they want. I cant help it if the person
directly below me never comes on kali for weeks on end. As for me I'm on
Kali ready to ladder every damn day. I think you've made a terrible mistake
in your decision to bump me back and Ill fight for the rank I earned. I just
made rank 3 after losing a number of matches. I'm not the greatest player in
the world. And needless to say I lose more than I win. When I win I want the
report. It seems amazing to me that I reported X-SoulFly for not reporting a
loss, that I swear to god I won and they don't do anything about it. Then I
get bumped because someone who don't take this duke nukem ladder as serious
as I do never shows up to ladder. When I was bumped to the end I was #3 I just got the win not even 24 hours later Im bumped. The rules say 3 days?
Also in the email that was sent to me says this is my second offence. Whats up with
that. I've never had anything like this happen in the 4 years I've been on
this Ladder.

I believe you have made a mistake. Please look into this matter. I wont be
panelized for something I had no control over. Will you help me bring this thing out in the open and maybe Ill have my respect for cases back

  I don't really know primer, but I can say that he does infact play everyone in virtually all levels. This claim against him I can say, is completely bogus and should be dropped in every sense. I heard rumor that he was penalized for running his mouth ONCE in kali chat. If that is why he is penalized then just say that, don't bring up some rediculous bs to butcher his rank. Normally I wouldn't care in the least if this happened to someone, but Primer is the best person I know in terms of playing everyone, everywhere and reporting every loss, contreversial or not. He's not some immature kid trying to get attention or anything and these "charges" are a joke. You say Primer has broken the rules? prove it
