You know it gets real tiring to be formal challenged by people that never intend to play you in a match. Its happen to many times gettng formalled just so you will be penalized.
I have to start by saying that i have no beef that im in the penalty box again for not fullfilling the challenge, that is the rules and i have no problem with it. Also i have no problem with being moved in rank for this reason, what i have the problem with is when its done on purpose just for the reason of getting penalized.
Now i cant go on without mentioning that this is directed at (RR)Rolex. 1st~I'm not posting here to thrash you or call names like these kids do from kali, but to make a point. You have formalled me like 6 or 7 times knowing that we aint never on at the same time and never get the match played.Time after time we get put in the penalty box for the same violation, yet you still keep formalling me. I never get emails from you trying to set up a time. Only way i can see it is its done puposely to get me penalized.I will remember this.
When i get emailed by cases of this last formal violation i ask them why your not in box no more and can play and i cant. i get a reply that you emailed them and gave reasons that got you out of penalty. Now what could that of been. Saying i wouldnt play you? Saying you emailed me and i wouldnt reply?
Wrong on all accounts but you pulled it off.
You know i emailed cases about this situation before it happened because i knew the penalty was coming and they basically counter attacked me on differnt issues of the ladder and in a round about way told me to ^#!* off. It's a losing battle to waste my time fighting it.
But for future refernece so that you will know, i will no way ever play you a formal challenge for these reasons and will take all penalties coming to me.As to cases staff and the way they investigate this matter-they are blind in one eye and cant see out of the other.i told them you have done this 5 or 6 other times and they didnt give a rats ass. But just to let you know and all players on the ladder and also cases staff-I will not play anyone that formal challenges me, the rule is bull#!*^.
Have a nice day[Post automatically censored for profanity]

Hello IOD*Lazor*I have read your entry and have the following comments to make.
The formal challenge basically is setup to be able to play players you have a hard time playing. First, as you state, you should try normaly ways in getting him in the game. If these methods do not work the formal challenge should resolve that.
You state yourself that you and Rolex never see each other. So I think in order to play you Rolex can issue a challenge; though an email would be a more friendly way. He chooses to formally challenge you.
As you know both players will be penaltilized when they do not play within the given limit. You point out that Rolex wants to get you penaltilized by challenging you. I do not see the advantage Rolex will get because Rolex will receive the same penalty, under normal circumstances.I am not familiar with the reasons why Rolex was lifted from the penalty box. Obviously he had good reasons, its not a habit to reverse these penalties.
Thank you for your time,

To be fair certain losers have been screwing the better players for over 2 years now (since i was #1) and they are just getting penalised for it. Like 2 year olds, they cant take it.
